Love this spiritual costco! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in and the girls were so helpful and friendly, highly recommend

I came into this store about 2–3 weeks ago and purchased a glacial quartz. After a very small drop (2–3 feet onto carpet), the stone completely fell out of the bezel—because it hadn’t been glued in—and then broke in half. When I first called, I was told I could come back when the owner was in for a refund or exchange. However, when I called the next day and spoke directly with the owner, I was shocked by his response. He told me the gem was “meant to break” and that whoever was around should keep the other half. I explained that after doing my own research, I learned this stone is naturally brittle, yet none of this was disclosed to me at purchase. On top of that, the fact that it wasn’t properly secured to the bezel made the piece even more fragile. Instead of taking accountability, the owner abruptly told me they don’t do returns or exchanges. To make matters worse, he implied that my “energy” was the reason the stone broke. As a paying customer, this felt dismissive, manipulative, and frankly insulting. It’s clear to me that this mystical jargon is being used to avoid responsibility, while selling low-quality, overpriced gems. I left this experience feeling taken advantage of, unprotected as a customer, and extremely disappointed. If you’re considering shopping here, I strongly advise against it—you’ll be paying high prices for fragile products with zero customer protection.

Everything about this store is wonderful, including the staff and vibe. It is a special place.

As I walked in a sense of calmness rushed through me. A beautiful store with the friendliest staff. I started looking at the pendants in the case.Thinking to myself I really wanted an opal. The kindest young woman mentioned that they just got in some pretty opals! What!!!.. she was definitely in tune, how did she know! I ended up finding the exact one that spoke to me. Amazing shop with an amazing crystal collection and super kind and knowledgeable staff! Lots of great spell candles and herbs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for unique crystals.
